Grace Jet Charter is a service of Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc., an independent air charter broker. Grace Ventures and Investments, Inc. does not own or operate aircraft.

All charter flights are operated by properly licensed and FAA-certified air carriers that maintain full operational control of the aircraft, crew, and flight operations.

Grace Jet Charter acts solely as an intermediary in arranging air transportation on behalf of clients. The operating air carrier is responsible for all aspects of flight operations, safety, maintenance, and crew.

Aircraft availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change based on operator availability and operational conditions. Charter arrangements are not guaranteed until confirmed by the operating air carrier and appropriate agreements are executed.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions provided by the operating air carrier prior to flight.

Grace Jet Charter does not provide aviation insurance coverage and is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other operational matters controlled by the air carrier.
